4-H Record Books Announcement for 2024-2025 year

ALL Lafayette County 4-H Record Books will be turned into the Lafayette County Extension Office for the 4-H year (2024-2025) by January 05, 2026, to be considered for county-level awards.

 

** Lafayette County EZ Record Form** 

Note: this is a minimal record book and is only eligible for a certificate and participation ribbon.  Record books competing for county-level awards, Award of Merit, will need to be completed via the traditional record book forms.

 

Complete one set of records for EACH project area you would like to be considered for an award in (For example: Woodworking is an example of a project area, but birdhouse.)
