Youth Mental Health First Aid is an evidence-based training for adults who work with or care about young people. The training covers mental health and substance use disorders in youth, how to recognize signs of these disorders, and how to support and connect youth to more help in a crisis and non-crisis situations.People who take this course will need to complete the following for the 8-hour training:
